If you want to hire permanent staff, Select might prove to be the perfect formula. We screen the right applicants using a thorough, professional and objective selection procedure. A far reaching personality analysis and/or assessment can also be a part of this process. USG Innotiv Selects provides 2 flexible service formulas:
a. Try & hire
USG Innotiv Select screens and finds the right applicant for you. During the first six months the candidate will work for you with the project sourcing formula (on our payroll), leaving you only with a previously agreed hourly rate for actual performance. If your evaluation after six months, you are free to hire the candidate without extra charge. This way, you don’t take any of the risks and potential disappointments are reduced to a minimum.
b. Recruiment & Selection
USG Innotiv Select looks for the right applicant, which you hire on your own payroll immediately. You pay a previously agreed fee once the candidate signs your contract.
