inflow and selection
• USG Innotiv has established an impressive and detailed database of over 10.000 candidates since its formation in 1988. Maintaining and updating these data are a crucial link in our operations and so we treat it with the utmost scrutiny.
• We use extensive selection methods and collaborate with key partners in recruitment (monster, stepstone, jobat, vacature, vdab, referral actions, social media activities, … )
• Through years of follow-up and updates, we can deploy an imposing network of freelance employees


screening 
• We have installed professional screening procedures that involve multiple interviews, reference checks and evaluation meetings. A good standard in subsequent internal documents, facilitate the transferral of all relevant information to our clients.
• If required, the standard procedures are supplemented with far-reaching testing options (on either technical skills or personality).
 

follow-up 
• Our employees are individually coached using a true HR approach that best supports their personal and technical development.
• The procedures of our HR management install the required contact and counselling moments in the project flow (SPOCs, Flex Offices, etc…)
• The Innoversity offers a wide range of training facilities (e-leaning, classroom training, certification courses, online books, etc…)
• We uphold far-reaching partnerships with technical suppliers to make sure we always stay up to speed with new technologies. (technical content, training, testing, endorsing technical events)
• Our employees are divided into communities according to their expertise. These groups simplify the follow up procedures and reinforce the expertise of all subdivisions. (communities: infrastructure, java, .net, SAP, mainframe, etc…)
• We host our own specialty event (Pulse) and make sure our employees get free access to technical seminars (MS Tech Days, Devoxx, etc…) to keep their know-how up to date.
• USG Innotiv After Work caters the extra curricular side of our follow up activities and it affirms our open company culture. Up to 11 events each year assembles our consultants in a relaxed ambiance.
