In practice: • You are hired on the pay roll of USG Innotiv with a permanent contract, and deployed on the client site with our normal project sourcing formula for 6 months. • During these months, USG Innotiv is responsible for your support, start up, coaching and required training. • You get acquainted with the company culture of your future employer, while you can rely on our specialized support for your professional evolution. • After 6 months, the clients will take over your contract and employ you permanently on its pay roll.  freelance  Our projects are partly staffed with freelancers who are looking for big IT environments and have the required skills.
