We can also count on their technical back up when we visit or host Java events and seminars.
• Microsoft: Our Microsoft Certified Partnership is established by our projects and our consultants working with this technology. This reinforces our position at all Microsoft events, seminars and releases. It also defines our presence at Microsoft Tech Days.
• IBM: We have regular and direct collaborations with IBM for expert seminars to introduce novelties in the mainframe market to our developers and analysts.

• IKM: The ‘International Knowledge Management’ provides multiple solutions for measuring knowledge and other services like knowledge and skill assessments, certification, personalized testing and advisory reviews. The IKM tools help us to screen our applicants more objectively and to better focus our development plans.
• Thomas International: The profile analyses by Thomas International (DISC model) is consulted to chart professional behavioural characteristics. This helps us to establish a tailor-made and personal approach while coaching both employees and new candidates.
• Jobsites: Our collaborations with Monster, Stepstone, VDAB, ICTJob, Jobat, etc… span from ad hoc visibility actions and sponsorship of job fairs to far-reaching contracts for CV searches and job postings. The latter represents an important part of our intake of new candidates and an elaborate branding platform.
