1988: The formation of Beaver Software as an IT service provider in Belgium. The mission consisted of sourcing qualified IT consultants to various assignments and projects in large and midsize enterprises. Personal approach and excellent follow up were core concepts. Today, this people-vision translates in a strong HR-minded company culture. 1998: A takeover of the company by the Solvus Resource Group (in those days mainly known for its main brand Creyf’s). Thanks to this improved financial and structural control, various takeovers of other Benelux IT companies were realised in the 4 subsequent years. Beaver IT Services saw a way to strengthen its IT market position without losing the HR focus, the human emphasis and its independent management. This turned the business into a niche supplier with a long term hiring strategy.  2005: Due to the inclusion of the Solvus Resource Group in the USG People holding (listed on the Dutch stock exchange), Beaver IT Services had another impulse to reorient its market strategy. By then the company already supplied a broad spectrum of IT professionals, both on the infrastructure and on the application side. While staying true to this full service range, a sharpened focus and structure was established to support upcoming technologies. USG People backed this approach by making Beaver IT Services the sole IT brand within the holding, optimizing the service level.  2007: In order to improve the brand strategy of the USG People holding, Beaver IT Services was repositioned under the professionals branch and refurbished with a new name. Today USG Innotiv – Professionals in ICT offers its clients an extensive range of experts in various fields, a highly professional drive and sharpened HR focus. USG Innotiv ICT Belgium currently employs around 400 IT consultants in a large selection of IT fields.
