In order to meet the vast array of training needs of our employees, we have set up a highly flexible and well assorted offer of training options in our Innoversity. This structure supports the growth trajectories of our consultants, turning them into better qualified professionals, much to the benefit of our clients and their projects.
Combining the following options enables us to answer the widest variety of training demands from our employees and clients.
E-learning: The most powerful and flexible training method for every Engineering consultant. We have found a powerful ally in SkillSoft (http://www.skillsoft.com/) because the application grants us unlimited access to over 5000 technical training modules. As an independent partner they offer a personalised SkillPort platform (http://usginnotiv.skillport.com). Every employee that requires additional training is entitled to an account. The modules consist of training, exercises and exams, rewarded by SkillSoft certificates.
Next to this training platform SkillSoft also puts a 24x7 book service at our disposal which holds a massive library in relevant professional titles that are constantly accessible to our consultants.
Group training All training demands that can be clustered into larger joint sessions, are organized in the buildings of USG Innotiv or USG People. We frequently install general training sessions on languages, communication & presentation techniques, etc…
Personal training More specific training needs are evaluated by our HR Business Partners on a case by case level. Any required expert training will be booked with specialized training centres.
Partners Being a professional Engineering projectsourcing home, we are constantly looking for new collaborations with prominent partners. We will also re-evaluate the relevance of these partnerships on a yearly basis.
BP calc & consult’, our partner in construction cost management and construction cost engineering, is managed by Peggy Bovens, who is a leading authority in the field of construction cost.
