Then we offer you the Try & Hire formula – a thorough, professional and objective selection procedure. All candidates are screened for knowledge, experience and attitude, from which it will be evident why they have applied and what they expect from a new challenge. All of this data, in addition to our own assessment, will be submitted to you. If your response is positive, the candidate will get a contract of indeterminate duration with USG Innotiv. We will continue to screen and guide him/her throughout the first months. After that period, the candidate will be fully prepared for a contract with you.
